Things I Saw on the Way to Work This Morning

In the order that they appeared:

1. White work van with license plate “JO PLUMR” and a flag in the back window.
2. Hummer H2 with Captain America shield artwork on the spare tire.
3. A train crossing the freeway on an overpass with car after car carrying tanks. Real tanks.
4. Another Hummer, this time an H3, with the obligatory big-ass American flag.
