It’s a long way from LA to Urbana.

Making this thing work hasn’t necessarily been easy. Phone calls nearly every day. Text messages. An occasional chat meeting via gratis chatten app. Frequent/alternating (2-3 times a year) flights halfway across the country.

But still, it’s worth all the effort, and then some. Miss you sugar-plum.
